I think I'd like to see the next Pirates movie, and Shrek 3

My niece is pestering the living daylights out of everyone over Shrek 3. Won't be seeing it right away - but would like to hear reviews before I go!

I still like the original better, simply because it was made on a MUCH cheaper budget, which I really couldn't tell that this one had one that was more. One of the best scenes was the helicopter pilot chopping up the infected in the field. The congruency between the two movies was somewhat lacking, in that I was hoping that they were going to tie Cillian Murphy's character into this movie, but still great nonetheless.

You know what they say about opinions , well here's mine on Shrek 3 . I did not like it as much as 1 or 2 . There were some really slow parts and not enough Eddie Murphy (Donkey) . Yes , there were some funny and clever lines but overall it just didn't live up . My daughter on the other hand enjoyed it , so there you go .

I've seen several previes for Shrek 3 but for some reason it just doesn't have me interested at all .. I watched the first two and enjoyed both, but I think they just made me tired of the series all-together. They need to move on to new things IMO.

Took my son and step daughter and their cousins last night to see Shrek 3, they had fun and liked it. I agree not enough of the donkey in the movie but overall it was good.

Catch and Release - Worth watching just for Kevin Smith.

Epic Movie - In the name of all that is good and Holy, please let this be the last spoof movie!!!

I thought the movie was bad, then I watched the special features. Even worse.

The only redeeming quality of this one is the 30 seconds or so that the Eagles of Death Metal are onscreen.

Shrek 3 is okay. It's definitely not as clever as the first two, but I agree that kids will like it. I read somewhere yesterday that Cameron Diaz has already signed on for Shrek 4.
